📋 Description

• Lead complex, customer-facing healthcare data and evidence-generation projects • Own successful delivery from kick-off to completion • Drive governance, reporting, change management, and project execution • Act as primary customer contact while coordinating internal teams and external partners • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and project governance • Collaborate across scientific, technical, and operational teams • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and delivery practices • Build relationships with customers, data partners, and internal delivery teams • Lead assigned projects through milestones and governance reviews • Establish risk, issue, and change management practices • Own delivery for multiple customer projects • Contribute to evidence-generation delivery capabilities and PMO methodologies • Help scale delivery of complex RWD programmes globally

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, research, healthcare technology, or related industries • Proven experience leading customer-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field • Experience managing real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), or eClinical projects is a plus • Understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, or other healthcare privacy regulations is a plus • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus • Knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems and evidence generation processes is a plus
