📋 Description

• Own day-to-day data integrity of the Jira program board across all workstreams • Create, update, and correctly classify user stories, decisions, actions, risks, and issues • Map items to the correct workstream and status; identify and resolve mislabeled, duplicated, or orphaned tickets • Run daily and weekly queries to surface items needing attention • Maintain the decisions log and RAID register in real time • Capture outcomes from playback, demo, training, testing, and standup sessions; create and link Jira tickets and track open items to closure • Build and maintain weekly executive status materials, dashboards, workstream progress metrics, SharePoint pages, and decision/action summaries • Track deliverable status across workstreams and delivery partners; send reminders and surface gaps to the PMO Lead • Schedule and coordinate program meetings, prepare agendas, and capture decisions and action items live • Maintain program documentation in SharePoint/Confluence and keep diagrams, trackers, and reference materials accurate and versioned • Align business and technical team members on program direction and deliverables • Identify information-flow bottlenecks and propose improvements to governance, reporting, and tool usage • Work with the PMO Lead, Program Managers, Techno-Functional Leads, Solution Architects, and Business Process Owners on an Oracle Fusion ERP transformation program

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project coordination, PMO operations, or delivery support on medium-to-large technology or transformation programs • Demonstrated hands-on experience administering and reporting from Jira, including boards, filters, and dashboards • Ability to maintain data integrity across a large ticket volume • Strong Excel skills for tracking, reconciliation, and metrics, including pivot tables, formulas, and data cleanup • Ability to produce clean, executive-ready status slides and dashboards in PowerPoint • Excellent written English for asynchronous, cross-time-zone collaboration • Ability to reliably work U.S. Pacific business hours from India (6 PM to 3 AM IST) • Comfort using generative AI for documentation, summarization, and reporting, with critical review and validation of AI output • Familiarity with ERP implementations, SDLC, or enterprise program environments is a strong plus • Deep technical/architecture experience is not required
