⢠Identify and acquire new customers and markets for the steering machines segment ⢠Maintain and support the existing customer base ⢠Manage international sales projects for the steering machines segment and work closely with the Sales and Engineering departments ⢠Develop sales strategies, conduct market and competitor analyses, and negotiate proposals ⢠Represent the company and its products at national and international trade fairs and conferences
⢠Completed degree in a technical field (e.g., naval architecture, mechanical engineering, or equivalent) ⢠At least 5 years' experience in the maritime sector (preferably shipbuilding), with experience selling complex, technical products that require explanation ⢠Good German and English skills (at least B2 level) ⢠Good IT skills (MS Office and SharePoint) ⢠Strong communication and assertiveness skills combined with technical understanding ⢠Proactive working style with a passion for sales and technology
