Bee Delivery is a Brazilian on-demand delivery platform that connects businesses (restaurants, pharmacies, retailers) with independent couriers (motoboys and other drivers) via a mobile app and website. Businesses request deliveries through the platform, couriers receive notifications and accept jobs, and customers receive orders quickly; couriers can use bike, motorcycle, car, pickup or van. The company operates via a franchise network (over 124 franchises) across more than 25 Brazilian states and 124 cities, positioning itself as a marketplace-style last-mile logistics provider for companies looking to outsource deliveries.

📋 Description

• Support the development, review, and cascading of the organization's strategic plan. • Support the execution, monitoring, and governance of strategic projects and initiatives by tracking schedules, risks, status, and deliverables. • Organize and monitor strategic meetings, periodic reviews, and management forums. • Update, monitor, and analyze performance indicators, targets, dashboards, and management reports. • Consolidate data and information to prepare analyses, assessments, and executive presentations. • Follow up with the teams involved, ensuring alignment of actions and compliance with deadlines. • Map, analyze, and review organizational processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Develop, document, and standardize processes, workflows, procedures, and management tools. • Monitor information related to corporate targets and results. • Act as an interface between departments, facilitating communication and alignment of strategic initiatives. • Support the structuring and maintenance of management routines, ensuring the organization and dissemination of information required by the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management, or a related field. • Experience in strategic planning. • Knowledge of OKRs, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), or similar methodologies. • Experience with process mapping and redesign. • Knowledge of BPMN, Bizagi, SIPOC, or similar tools. • Intermediate Excel skills. • Strong written communication, organizational, and analytical skills. • Availability to work under a CLT employment contract.
