📋 Description

• Facilitate, map, and propose solutions for business needs • Collaborate in analyzing and documenting clients’ business needs • Propose business solutions that appropriately address clients’ needs • Support the development team by taking on work items for development in each Sprint • Support the Product Owner in breaking down business needs and identifying system requirements as user stories • Identify stakeholders’ underlying needs • Support development through the elicitation and documentation of functional and non-functional software requirements • Manage your own workload and promptly flag any potential delays to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of how the systems in your area of responsibility operate • Ability to identify and map business needs in a practical and visual manner • Ability to represent business needs through maps, business requirements, and user stories • Strong command of business analysis and process concepts, user-centered design, and agile methodologies • Ability to facilitate and lead workshops and collaborative sessions • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and UX Design • Knowledge of business analysis practices, MVPs, and agile requirements • Understanding of business processes, products, services, and rules • Ability to understand the needs of managers, clients, and users in order to propose solutions • Knowledge of Scrum and Lean Startup • Bachelor’s degree completed
