📋 Description

• Analyze and document current-state ("As-Is") ITSM processes across multiple regions, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management. • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and regional variations. • Support the Workstream Lead and Workstream Project Manager in creating project artifacts and presentations. • Develop deliverables such as process maps (L2/L3), business requirements documentation, and functional specifications. • Drive standardization and harmonization across regions while taking local constraints into account. • Collaborate with SMEs, Workstream Leads, and Program Leadership to translate business needs into structured requirements. • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders in a global organization with a matrix structure. • Ensure alignment with adjacent IT domains, including Service Desk, Hosting, Tech4Tech, and Digital Workplace. • Support the adoption of new processes and ways of working.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation programs within large organizations operating across multiple regions and/or experience in application development/SDLC, with an understanding of PMO and project management methodologies. • Strong analytical and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and process designs. • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity. • Practical knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) — desirable. • Experience as a Service Designer — desirable. • Experience with global operating model transformations, shared services, or outsourcing — desirable.
