📋 Description

• Facilitate, map, and propose solutions to business needs • Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client’s business needs, proposing solutions that best address them • Assist the Product Owner in breaking down business needs • Identify requirements generated by or impacting systems and represent them as user stories to begin sprint execution • Identify and map business needs in a practical and visual manner • Represent business needs through maps, business requirements, and user stories • Understand existing business processes, products, and services and their rules in order to provide IT solutions • Understand the needs of managers, clients, and users in order to propose solutions • Identify reusable IT services across different businesses or process stages

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another Information Technology-related field • Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field combined with a postgraduate specialization in Information Technology • Knowledge of systems development • Strong command of business analysis and process concepts, user-centered design, and agile methodologies • Ability to facilitate and lead workshops using Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Business Model Canvas, UX Design, Lean Inception, and BPM • Knowledge of business analysis practices, MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and agile requirements • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean IT methodologies • Knowledge of IT tools and solutions for addressing business problems • Preferred certifications: UX-PM Level 2, PSU – Professional Scrum with User Experience I, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), and CBPP
