📋 Description

• Serve as the primary analytics reference for the Consumer & AI vertical • Connect Artificial Intelligence advances to products across the Neon ecosystem, including the app Home and Experimentation Platforms • Analyze customer behavior on the app Home and support component prioritization based on lifetime value • Track cross-functional institutional metrics, such as WTU and NPS • Structure, enhance, and promote the A/B testing framework • Define impact measurement methodologies for product and AI initiatives • Support technical teams in tracking platform and design system metrics, as well as performance dashboards • Extract, clean, and model large volumes of complex data using SQL • Apply statistical rigor, including sample size, significance, and margin-of-error calculations • Develop, validate, and present complex financial feasibility studies to leadership • Connect product and AI initiatives to LTV, CAC, margin, and churn • Conduct deep dives and establish performance dashboard governance for the executive committee • Translate complex metrics and data into actionable strategic narratives • Design automation solutions for the recurring collection and processing of data • Support and develop a more junior analyst, providing influence-based leadership without direct people management

🎯 Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Analytics, or Strategic Planning within technology or digital product environments • Advanced proficiency in extracting, manipulating, and modeling complex data directly from raw sources • Practical application of AI tools and concepts to optimize analytics workflows • Hands-on experience designing, executing, and statistically analyzing A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies • In-depth understanding of P&L, LTV, CAC, churn, and product metrics such as WTU and NPS • Ability to structure complex scenarios, prioritize actions, and translate data into strategic presentations for C-level executives and senior leadership • Autonomous, proactive, and flexible profile, with the ability to facilitate alignment across multidisciplinary teams and guide or mentor junior analysts • Knowledge of Python or R for predictive modeling and advanced statistical analysis • Strong understanding of P&L and the key drivers of financial performance, connecting product metrics to business sustainability • Background in financial services, with experience in fintechs, banks, or strategic consulting a plus
