📋 Description

• Work on a global transformation initiative within the ASDM workstream • Analyze and document current-state (As-Is) ITSM processes across different regions • Work with Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management processes • Conduct interviews, meetings, and workshops to gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, map gaps, and understand regional specificities • Develop L2 and L3 process maps, business requirements documentation, and functional specifications • Work with business subject-matter experts (SMEs), workstream leads, and program leadership to transform business needs into structured requirements • Promote process standardization and harmonization across different regions while respecting local needs and constraints • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment • Ensure integration and alignment with Service Desk, Hosting, Tech4Tech, and Digital Workplace • Support the Workstream Lead and Project Manager in preparing presentations, documents, and other project artifacts • Support the adoption of new processes, practices, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation programs and multinational organizations, or experience in application development/SDLC with knowledge of PMO methodologies and project management • Strong analytical skills and experience facilitating workshops and eliciting requirements • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, functional documentation, and process designs • Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders and a high degree of complexity • Comfortable working in situations involving frequent changes and poorly defined requirements • Practical knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus • Previous experience as a Service Designer is a plus • Experience with global operating model transformation projects, Shared Services Centers, or IT outsourcing is a plus
