📋 Description
• Lead the national commercial operations for the Household Goods category • Develop, structure, and expand the network of specialized sales representatives • Select, hire, train, monitor, and, when necessary, replace sales representatives • Prospect, negotiate with, and develop new strategic clients • Maintain commercial relationships with strategic clients • Monitor sales performance indicators (KPIs) • Conduct regular visits to clients, representatives, and commercial partners • Participate in trade shows, events, and industry activities • Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Executive Management • Provide market insights
