• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the HubSpot platform. • Provide expert training sessions to stakeholders and teams on best practices for the usage of HubSpot features and tools. • Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to optimize their use of the HubSpot platform. • Build nurture workflows, marketing emails, newsletters, and setup campaigns tools, including landing pages and blog pages. • Implement marketing automation best practices in the HubSpot platform and ensure proper testing of programs and functionality. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their goals and objectives, providing strategic guidance on HubSpot usage. • Consult on best practices for migrating away from another CRM or marketing automation platform into HubSpot. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HubSpot implementation or usage.
• At least 1.5 - 2 years of experience in onboarding new clients to the HubSpot platform. • An Upper-Intermediate level of English and Fluent Ukrainian. • Proven experience in consulting, implementing, and training on HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Services Hubs. • An understanding of inbound marketing, sales, and customer service principles. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across multiple departments. • HubSpot certifications. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or other marketing automation and CRM tools. • Understanding of Cold outreach strategies.
