Description

• Responsible for driving behavioral change in healthcare offices to improve patient experience and reduce healthcare costs • Work closely with healthcare providers and practice employees to understand their needs, provide education and training, and implement programs and solutions • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers • Review analytics and insights and lead in-person and remote touchpoints with providers • Provide education and training on new programs and initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of provider engagement strategies with business objectives • Implement programs and solutions to improve patient experience and reduce healthcare costs

Requirements

• Resides in or has an ability to travel consistently to Corvallis, Oregon • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks effectively • Relevant work experience in retail or service industry • Bachelor's degree in Business or Psychology with a Marketing focus preferred • Understanding of healthcare industry and provider motivations
