• Acts as the primary point of contact for customers • Responsible for all account management, selling activities, sales goal achievement • Handles customer transactions including Order status, Claims, Order Tracking • Engages in customer support and sales activities • Maintains positive relationships with customers
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's/Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of one year previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry. • Effective telephone, chat, email techniques and customer care • Moderate knowledge of Excel required
