📋 Description

• Contact clients and collect outstanding payments • Communicate patiently and professionally with customers to encourage debt repayment • Maintain trustful customer relationships while ensuring timely payments • Manage customer accounts and support collection or sales activities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 9 months of BPO collections experience in international accounts, or at least 1 year of BPO sales experience in US accounts • Capable of using dialers • Proven account management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good customer service orientation • Windows 11 or newer operating system • At least a 2.0 GHz, 64-bit processor (Intel Core i5 or higher) • Minimum 8 GB RAM • At least 80 GB free hard drive space • Noise-canceling headset with microphone • Webcam • At least one available USB port • Cable or fiber internet connection; DSL, satellite, and wireless connections are not permitted • Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speeds • Internet connection hardwired directly to the PC or laptop; Wi-Fi/wireless is not allowed
