Description

• Design, build, evaluate, and deploy advanced ML models, focusing on NLP and LLMs/SLMs • Lead integration and fine-tuning of LLMs and SLMs using state-of-the-art methods • Collaborate with data engineering and infrastructure teams to develop and deploy robust NLP systems • Stay updated on latest NLP techniques and machine learning tools • Drive technical discussions, lead problem resolution, and contribute to long-term technical strategies • Engage with cross-functional teams and contribute to agile practices • Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices in ML and NLP development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advanced machine learning and NLP • Expert proficiency in Python and NLP technologies • Familiarity with LLMs and SLMs • Strong skills in data engineering and fine-tuning techniques • Continuous learner with growth mindset in ML and NLP • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
