Description

• We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who enjoys building products that deliver disproportionate value to bench scientists working for the largest and most advanced pharmaceutical companies in the world. • This role sits at the intersection of science and data and combines an ability to deeply empathize with bench scientists, their needs, and their pain points, especially in the pre-clinical phase of new drug development. • This is a challenging, impactful, and highly collaborative position. • Reporting to the Director of Product, you will be responsible for translating the platform vision to inform the direction of the product and its roadmap and take part in a cross-functional team working together to realize our ambitious mission to exponentially increase the speed and quality of life-saving R&D.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager on SaaS enterprise life science products and/or Experience working on scientifically informed data and products • Experience and knowledge of Biological Sciences (e.g., Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, etc.) or equivalent • Experience with data visualization products, leveraging expertise in translating complex datasets into intuitive visualizations to drive informed user understanding and decision-making • A proven track record in bringing clarity to a complex domain and driving alignment between technical and data teams, and the rest of the company • Successfully taken new features from conception, through launch to adoption, engagement, and retention • Experience influencing cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes over outputs • Strong problem-solving skills - can deal with ambiguity, lead discovery efforts, prioritize, and lead execution of objectives, ensuring they ladder up to key strategies • A data-informed decision-making process, can identify new opportunities and provide sound reasoning for strategy decisions from that data
