• Lead the sales team in Northern and Eastern Germany, comprising approximately 90 employees • Develop sales strategies aligned with our market and company ambitions • Devise tailored solutions to secure long-term customer retention • Analyze sales figures, identify trends, and derive concrete actions • Provide structured onboarding, individual development, and utilize digital learning platforms • Employ modern systems and tools to increase sales efficiency
• Completed degree in sales, business, or a comparable qualification, plus several years of professional experience • Experience leading sales teams in direct sales and familiarity with modern sales tools and digital methods • Knowledge of the competitive and product landscape in direct sales, and experience with multi-channel sales and business models • Knowledge of the construction trades and willingness to challenge and redefine established approaches • Strong communication skills and a knack for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships • Willingness to travel and a Class B driver’s license (or equivalent)
