📋 Description

• Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities across the group's sites • Design and deploy practical AI solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision quality • Modernize processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and admin functions • Build a library of reusable AI tools, frameworks, and prompt assets • Improve underlying data quality and prepare the business for cloud-based analytics • Lead training and change-adoption programs to build AI capability across all sites • Ensure every deployment is responsible, ethical, and compliant • Track impact through defined KPIs, ROI figures, and operational improvement metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering AI or digital transformation in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or a similar operational environment • Hands-on fluency with AI tools, including ChatGPT, Copilot, computer vision, predictive modeling, and automation platforms • Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems • Ability to translate business problems into workable AI solutions • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical ideas in plain terms • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvement through automation or AI • Comfortable operating at pace across multiple sites; proactive and curious • Stable, high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup for power or service-provider interruptions • Own PC/laptop with at least 8GB RAM and Core i5, AMD Ryzen 3, or 2013 Mac equivalent processor or higher • Windows 10 or above, or macOS Catalina 10.15 or newer • Up-to-date web browsers and security software • 500GB/128 SSD storage • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation • Webcam with 720p or higher resolution • Designated, quiet, well-organized workspace free from distractions
