📋 Description

• New customer acquisition: Independently identify, approach and win new customers within the DACH market • Lead management: Qualify leads from marketing and partner activities and proactively develop the market • Consulting & presentations: Analyze customer requirements, develop tailored solution concepts and deliver product presentations (remote & on-site) together with our PreSales team • Negotiation & deal management: Manage the entire sales cycle – from initial contact through proposal preparation to successful contract closing • Team collaboration: Work closely with PreSales, Marketing and Partner Management to ensure efficient market coverage • Market monitoring: Actively monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Several years' experience in B2B sales of software solutions, ideally in Identity & Access Management or IT security • Proven track record in acquiring new customers – hunter mentality with a strong sense for customer needs • Ability to explain complex solutions clearly and concisely • Fluent written and spoken German and English with strong communication and negotiation skills • Independent, structured working style with high self-motivation • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
