• Evaluate mortgage applications for accuracy and completeness • Assess creditworthiness of applicants • Review property, income, and credit profiles • Continuously educate to develop skills in credit analysis • Collaborate with team to ensure efficient underwriting process
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred • Minimum 2 years experience in US mortgage Underwriting • Strong analytical skills • Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in different time zones • Attention to detail • Knowledge of Collateral documents a plus
