📋 Description

• Better Being is looking for an Area Sales Representative to sell nutritional/food supplement products. • This role will determine customer needs and sales potential. • Develop customer relations through educating customers and retailers about the company’s products, services, and prices. • Frequently travels to evaluate and enhance current/prospective sales. • Answers customer’s questions and handles customer service situations when applicable. • Prepares business transaction reports and keeps expense accounts. • Works effectively with a sales team to expand and serve our customer base. • Identify areas of growth within assigned stores and work with buyers to accomplish it. • Set up appointments with retailers/buyers of health food store accounts in assigned territory. • Perform product demonstrations to create consumer interest. • Conduct store inventories as needed. • Participate in monthly sales representative teleconferences, regional and annual meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College and 2-3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and training. • Must have demonstrated knowledge of good PC skills, and ability to use a multi-line phone. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. • Ability to apply common sense to act upon instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
