Description

• Provide local level 1 remote support to a team of 28 persons • Offer technical support to UK & international colleagues • Troubleshoot via remote access • Participate in the continued development of performance monitoring • Report Hotline cases to clients • Support commissioning activities during upgrades • Form a conduit between BEUMER Group and clients • Travel to sites as and when required • Site and office-based • Some out of hours / weekend work required

Requirements

• Electrical/controls background • Experience in troubleshooting and rectifying errors on running systems • Broad technical understanding and willingness to learn new things • Knowledge about Siemens S7/TIA portal or Allen Bradley PLCs, Windows, Linux, and SQL databases would be an advantage • Technical 'drive' and curiosity • Excellent communication skills • Excellent mediator • Customer service-focused • Strong collaboration / inter-personal skills • Willingness for domestic/international travel • Flexibility to meet the needs of the business • Attention to detail
