📋 Description

• Manage inbound inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up • Track leads and opportunities through the sales process • Maintain CRM records and keep pipeline data current • Schedule sales calls, venue tours, and client meetings • Assist with proposal preparation and client communications • Research prospective clients, companies, and event opportunities • Coordinate follow-up tasks and sales activities • Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks • Help ensure no sales opportunities fall through the cracks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields • At least 3 years proven experience in a sales-focused role • Strong Sales and/or Vendor Relationship background • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional organization and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively
