Description

• Senior Technical Game Designer • Lead design and development of AAA products • Design key systems including combat, AI, and player progression • Implement content and help playtest, tune, and debug the game • Full-time, remote position • Work with a team of A-players • Rapid gameplay prototyping • Contribute to game balance • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Art, and Audio team members • Contribute innovative ideas on game production and development

Requirements

• 5+ years of game design experience • Strong experience with RPG systems design • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 4 • Shipped AAA quality video games for PC or Console • Strong multi-tasker with attention to detail • Work with deadlines under pressure • Thrive in a collaborative environment • Must love games • Desirable: Experience with free-to-play mechanics, metrics, and monetization • Desirable: Understanding of crypto and crypto-enabled scarcity for virtual items • Desirable: Experience working with MMO or online multiplayer games • Huge fan of MMO and Action RPG games
