📋 Description

• Conduct active client prospecting — identify, visit, and present Onfly to companies that match our ideal customer profile. • Deliver high-impact online and in-person presentations and demonstrations, highlighting Onfly's benefits and differentiators. • Prepare customized sales proposals and strategically negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms. • Manage your sales funnel and pipeline in the CRM, ensuring effective follow-up on each opportunity. • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success) to ensure the best experience for our clients. • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, identifying new business opportunities. • Work in a target-driven manner, focusing on results and regional growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; • Proven experience in field sales and online sales and/or consultative B2B sales; • Experience with SaaS sales is a strong plus; • Experience with end-to-end sales processes (prospecting, negotiation, and account management); • Valid category B driver's license (CNH); • Own vehicle; • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; • Good verbal and written communication skills; • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel).
