âą Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries âą Familiar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms âą Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management âą Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems âą Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills âą Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism âą Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends âą Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns âą Strong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities âą Cross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred âą Patient, stable, and long-term relationship oriented âą Strong service mindset and partnership mentality âą High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivity âą Able to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline âą Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment âą Trading or quantitative trading background (nice to have) âą Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence (nice to have) âą Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems (nice to have) âą Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage.
