📋 Description

‱ Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners ‱ Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution ‱ Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities ‱ Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations ‱ Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal ‱ Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates ‱ Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve overall ecosystem efficiency ‱ Identify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources ‱ Maintain strong market awareness of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends ‱ Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship development

🎯 Requirements

‱ Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries ‱ Familiar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms ‱ Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management ‱ Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems ‱ Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills ‱ Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism ‱ Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends ‱ Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns ‱ Strong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities ‱ Cross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred ‱ Patient, stable, and long-term relationship oriented ‱ Strong service mindset and partnership mentality ‱ High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivity ‱ Able to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline ‱ Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment ‱ Trading or quantitative trading background (nice to have) ‱ Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence (nice to have) ‱ Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems (nice to have) ‱ Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage.
