📋 Description

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within the Process Automation (PA) business in Brazil. • Build strong customer relationships and identify business opportunities. • Deliver innovative automation and control solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. • Report directly to the leadership team and work out of Brazil on a remote work schedule. • Directly impact Honeywell’s market presence and revenue growth in Brazil by managing key accounts and delivering value-added solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in process industrial automation or related fields. • Strong knowledge of automation, control systems, and process optimization technologies. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage complex sales cycles. • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. • Experience working in the industrial automation sector, with a focus on process industries. • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in Brazil. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends.
