📋 Description

‱ Manage a portfolio of active clients ‱ Drive client retention and revenue expansion (upsell and cross-sell) ‱ Conduct client meetings (status/update and strategic sessions) ‱ Identify growth opportunities within the account base ‱ Ensure client satisfaction and account development ‱ Work consultatively, understanding the client's business ‱ Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Services) ‱ Monitor portfolio performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

‱ Experience managing client portfolios (Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales) ‱ Proven experience driving revenue expansion (upsell / cross-sell) ‱ Background in consultative selling ‱ Experience with CRM systems and tracking metrics/KPIs ‱ Experience in the technology/software industry ‱ Experience in post-sales or Customer Success ‱ Experience managing strategic accounts
