• Manage a portfolio of clients, monitor their journey, and ensure a comprehensive experience with our product and its features. • Conduct training sessions and meetings, building a trusting relationship with clients throughout their lifecycle. • Present solutions that align with their objectives using a consultative approach, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Prevent churn by applying proactive retention and loyalty strategies. • Monitor client performance, analyze data, and propose improvements to ensure tangible results.
