📋 Description

• Drive sales of Biotage instruments and consumables including flash chromatography systems, microwave and peptide synthesizers, solvent and nitrogen evaporators, automated sample prep, plasmid purification, and scale-up systems. • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet customer needs and achieve account growth. • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with key customers and stakeholders. • Identify and qualify new leads, develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and close deals through technical presentations and negotiations. • Represent Biotage at conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and other marketing events. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce.com. • Submit timely standard and ad hoc reports as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field • MBA/PGDBM in Marketing is highly desirable • Solid demonstrated experience in direct sales and service experience in chemical/biological sciences • Strong understanding of the Indian market and customer landscape • Proven ability to understand and address customer needs and tailored solutions • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. salesforce) and MS office suite • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
