📋 Description

• Build predictive and prescriptive models to anticipate trends in turnover, engagement, and performance. • Translate complex analyses into strategic insights and clear narratives for leadership and clients. • Automate data collection, validation, and governance processes, ensuring data quality and security. • Conduct benchmarks and monitor people-related KPIs to support proactive decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in People Analytics or Data Science is a plus. • Strong experience with Power BI to create interactive, dynamic dashboards oriented toward decision-making. • Knowledge of Power Query for building high-performance, repeatable ETL workflows. • Experience with Power Automate to connect systems (ERP, email, databases) and automate dataset updates. • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, processing, and integration; proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced analyses is desirable. • Ability to turn raw data into objective, clear, and persuasive narratives, adapting the language for non-technical audiences and ensuring insights drive action. • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing differing expectations, priorities, and deadlines with autonomy, effective communication, and a focus on value delivery. • English proficiency will be considered a plus.
