Description

• The mission of the Onboarding Executive is to help our partners implement the Birdie software in their care business. You’ll manage a large portfolio of small businesses that are starting out their Birdie journey and your priority is to ensure they achieve key onboarding milestones. You’ll be obsessed with time to value, and experiment with different strategies to successfully drive adoption of key product areas. You will be a Birdie product expert and ensure partners fully understand the benefits of the solution and how to use it effectively. You'll listen to our partners' challenges and translate learnings into structured experiments to improve their experience.

Requirements

• You have experience managing customer onboarding at scale. • You have managed process improvements, such as digital communication strategies. • You are naturally proactive and prioritise actions that drive positive customer outcomes. • You take a data-driven approach to understand customers’ needs, challenges and risks. • You can inspire and motivate customers through exceptional communication skills. • Experience with using Intercom is beneficial not essential as training will be provided.
