Description

• Leads the Consulting team in MX • Serve as the visible head of Bishop Fox's operations in MX • Oversee employees' well-being in MX • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to support regional business initiatives • Facilitate timely and effective communication between senior leadership and staff in Mexico

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Internal leadership/team management experience with large teams • Experience in a professional services firm • Exemplary people management skills, including performance monitoring, career growth, inspiration, and fostering a positive work environment • Strong self and team organizational skills • Fluent in English • 10+ years of progressive management experience within the cybersecurity industry is preferred • Ability to manage a budget/P&L/future planning • Superior communication skills and ability to connect with people at all levels including internal teams, direct reports, clients, and executive leadership team • Willingness to travel domestically within MX once a month and internationally into the US
