Description

• Manage external interfaces on BitMEX platform • Optimize product mix through data driven decisions • Design and roll out new products • Collaborate with Technology, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams • Foster culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability • Facilitate cross-functional awareness and decision making • Empower Financial Products and Product Engineering teams • Monitor project delivery and success • Coordinate work between departments for product launches • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams • Ensure internal awareness of ongoing projects and initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in financial services and/or FinTech • Ability to innovate, refine, and coordinate processes in a fast-paced environment • Experience in project management • Strong understanding of financial/derivatives products and workflows • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills • Familiarity with fintech, cryptocurrency, and related regulations • Track record of coordinating stakeholders across functions and locations • Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships • Interface between business and technology teams for timely completion of priorities
