Description

• VP of Product Management responsible for strategizing, developing, delivering, and executing on BizzyCar’s Product Roadmap and Vision • Leading product team in translating customer needs and industry trends into product deployments • Building and managing product roadmaps, priorities, and iterative processes • Enhancing existing products and developing net-new products • Establishing AI product roadmap and implementing AI-related features • Representing the company at industry events and with various stakeholders • Staying current on automotive industry trends and developing innovative solutions • Defining and implementing a highly effective product development process • Cultivating a results-driven culture

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a product owner or product manager in a SaaS environment • At least 3 years of experience leading a product team in building SaaS products • Extensive expertise in product life-cycle from requirements gathering to deployment • Track record of developing market-leading products and high-performance product management teams • Experience in product development & technology in real estate and/or building operations • Familiarity with Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence • Exceptional analytical and communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities, evaluate new ideas, and work in a start-up environment • Highly-proactive, self-starter capable of managing multiple projects • Hands-on product management experience, effective leader, and strong individual contributor • Automotive Retail and Manufacturing experience considered as additional advantage
