Description

• Support organization, teams and people to grow agility and adaptability mindset • Coach teams and people to foster changes • Facilitate workshops to increase collaboration and continuous improvement • Support agile maturity assessment and health checks • Train on Scrum, kanban and any useful practice to increase agility and efficiency in teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in agile coaching with diverse practices and frameworks (kanban, scrum, scale, etc) • Change management expertise, ability to influence change at the right pace and in the right way to ensure adoption • Strong written and verbal communication skills that bring people together and inspire cooperation. • Curious, Humble, open-minded and excellent facilitating and listening skills • Thriving in a collaborative, fast-growing and innovative environment • Full working proficiency in English • Fit with our BlaBlaPrinciples • Nice to have: international experience, understanding of start-up/scale-up environment, software development background, tools such as Jira/ Confluence, French and/or Ukrainian speaking
