• Support cross-functional teams with setting up Black Crow technology • Generate reporting updates on performance • Recognize performance trends and make optimization suggestions • Provide solutions to common troubleshooting items • Log client performance and provide internal dashboards and reporting
• Degree in Marketing or related field • At least 1 year of experience at a SaaS company, DTC ecommerce brand, or Digital Marketing Agency preferred • Understanding of basic AND/OR conditional logic • Comfortable working with ticketing system and ability to prioritize tasks • Understanding of key performance indicators in digital marketing channels • Understanding of digital marketing funnel and common tactics • Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker a plus • Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive a plus • High attention to detail • Critical thinking ability • Must be able to work EST hours
