Description

• Responsible for daily content development and programming for social media • Work closely with senior management on content, strategy, and operations • Pitch and produce social-first series to expand the brand on social media • Identify news pegs and opportunities for content promotion • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize reach and support synergy across brands • Support planning and project management for content initiatives • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• B.A. in Journalism or related field • 2+ years of content creation production experience • Experience with Gen-Z and Millennial demographics • Strong knowledge of design elements and principles • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools • Knowledge of social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter • Interest in viral marketing and social media trends • Ability to write engaging social media copy • Experience with analytics and listening tools • Ability to manage multiple projects independently • Strong communication skills and high-energy, positive attitude • Detail-oriented and organized • U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
