📋 Description

• Take overall responsibility for delivering the Supplier Portal module roadmap, covering four subprocesses • Manage schedule, budget, scope and tracking of milestones at the program level • Control scope definition, change management and dependencies between projects and systems • Oversee the performance of the Delivery Manager and the outsourced team • Define and lead the project's governance framework • Lead Steering Committee meetings, providing status reports, risks, escalations and decision forums • Provide executive-level reporting and transparency • Manage relationships with Procurement stakeholders and senior leadership • Ensure business requirements are defined, agreed and prioritized • Promote alignment between Procurement, IT teams and the delivery organization • Serve as the final escalation point for business conflicts or ambiguities • Identify risks and interdependencies, ensure mitigation and escalate critical issues with recommendations and impact analysis • Monitor and forecast the budget, keeping delivery within approved financial limits • Validate resource allocation with the Delivery Manager • Provide direction and priorities to the Delivery Manager • Ensure focus on outcomes, timelines and business value • Resolve ambiguities and unblock decisions • Deliver the GSID, ANC Operational Data, Supplier Communication and TCO/Landed Cost modules • Report to the Head of Procurement Solutions and collaborate with Procurement, the Business PM and cross-functional IT teams • Lead strategic technology projects for platforms and digital solutions aimed at customer-supplier collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an IT Project Manager in complex environments with multiple workstreams • Experience with agile delivery methodologies • Ability to manage outsourced development teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables • Highly proactive with a solutions-focused mindset • High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture • Successful delivery of all modules on time and within budget • Clear and aligned business requirements and priorities • Smooth collaboration across multiple IT and business teams • Early identification and mitigation of risks • High-quality, scalable solutions aligned with the Supplier Portal strategy
