Description

• Develop and retain a quality client base compromised of REIT’s, Owner Developers, Private Equity, Law Firms, Title Companies, Corporations and Lenders • Have indepth understanding of the projects in order to interface with clients and legal counsels on complex commercial real estate and zoning regulations • Communicate proactively with clients • Compile lists of prospective customers • Develop and execute a call and travel plan • Stay visible in the market by attending commercial real estate industry functions • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives • Demonstrate poise, resolve, persistence, tenacity and consistency • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills • Flexible and adaptive to changing conditions • Ability to identify market and competition threats and opportunities • Ability to persuade and influence others • Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image • Detail Oriented • Take direction and grow with the company • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
