• Digital Marketing Trend Analysis: • Stay ahead of the latest Digital Marketing advertising trends (focusing on Paid Social Media), identifying emerging patterns and most converting assets. • Set up tracking mechanism to understand capture, analyse and learn from emerging patterns and competitor analysis. • Competitor Monitoring: • Regularly track and analyze competitor creatives. Provide insights into their strategies, campaigns, and overall positioning. • Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives. • Results Measurement: • Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search and social content to display across conversion funnels to: boost customer engagement and conversions, lower the cost of customer acquisition, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV). In other words, make data-driven decisions. • Set up dashboards and develop models for data presentation to suggest recommendations for business performance improvement. • Collaboration with Creative Teams (Design and Video): • Work closely with the Brand and Creative Marketing teams at Blinkist / Go1 to translate these insights into creative strategies. Ensure that our processes run efficiently and maintain a focus on performance. • Use technology to reduce production time and cost: • Integrate AI, automation tools and in-house developed technologies to improve our creative production process ensuring lower delivery time and cost.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, data or related field • Proven experience in data analysis • Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies • Highly data-driven with expertise in • SQL usage • Proficient Excel level • Digital marketing experience is preferred, but an appetite to learn is a must • Creativity, self-organization, and an innovative mindset • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights • Proficient communication and collaboration skills, adept at seamlessly working with cross-functional teams
