Description

• Manager of Onboarding position • Responsible for overseeing client onboarding operations • Lead a team of onboarding specialists • Ensure effective client support and improve client getting started experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Design client onboarding programs and continuously improve processes • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices • Manage all projects and identify risks • Permanent, full-time, fully remote position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or IT management, a related field, or equivalent experience • 2-3 years leading SaaS external customer onboarding team(s) • 1-2 years in a SaaS external customer onboarding contributor role • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and leadership • Strong technical proficiency and ability to learn new software products quickly • Ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative work environment • Strong project management abilities and multitasking skills • Cares about the Nonprofit Sector
