Description

• Developing and maintaining an application deployment system for microservice-architecture applications on Kubernetes • Converting existing applications, databases, and supporting services to containers • Assisting developers in converting applications to 12-Factor principles • Setting up, monitoring, and debugging CI/CD pipelines • Debugging issues across various languages like PHP, NodeJS, Java, Ruby, .NET Core, and Elixir • Introducing exception reporting and APM metrics into applications • Monitoring and tuning application and Kubernetes cluster health • Implementing solutions to improve the platform for users

Requirements

• Git • Basics of Jenkins • Basic RDBMS design • Linux 'power user' skills • Docker concepts • SecurityContainer networking • Using Kubernetes • Configuring and automating Prometheus metrics collection and Grafana dashboards • Principles of web application development • Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks • Experience with MVC frameworks
