• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data related to closed won deals within our Salesforce CRM system • Review contracts and associated documentation to verify information, correct any discrepancies, and update opportunity records • Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to resolve issues related to closed won deals • Maintain detailed records of changes made to opportunity records
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience • Salesforce Administrator Certification required • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills • Detail-oriented with a strong drive for data quality • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Project management experience is a plus
