Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks • Actively participate in automation efforts and reduce manual testing • Mentor and coach team members on automation best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement QA processes and tools • Drive CI/CD practices for rapid software delivery • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Quality Assurance and test automation

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance • Strong proficiency in Python programming language • Extensive experience with Selenium, Playwright, and automation frameworks • Knowledge of test infrastructure setup and maintenance • Experience in scoping and managing vendors for QA projects • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms • Excellent communication skills and collaboration abilities • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Experience in Docker and Kubernetes is a plus • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
