Description

• Scout for potential leads through online research, referrals, networking events and other channels and establish contact. • Conduct cold calls and emails to initiate conversations with prospects. • Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking and reporting progress, ensuring timely follow-ups. • Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations both online and in-person. • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients. • Be involved in the onboarding process improving our customer success. • Evaluate and refine sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and meet KPIs. • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales approaches, set targets, and devise scalable strategies for sustained growth. • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics. • Suggest innovative ways to increase sales and improve the customer journey. • Stay attuned to market trends, ensuring that BolsterUp remains ahead of the curve. • Offer input to the product team based on market feedback.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the B2B SaaS environment or Proptech/Contech space. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • A strategic thinker with the tenacity to pursue leads relentlessly. • Comfortable with both online demos and in-person meetings. • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. • Fluent in Greek with good knowledge of English (any other languages are an advantage) • Familiarity with the European market is a plus.
