Description
• Analyze customer data and drive growth throughout each lifecycle stage • Own automated customer journey campaigns across various channels • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technical capabilities within the email program • Develop and execute personalized, data-driven email and SMS campaigns • Track, analyze, and report on key campaign KPIs • Work closely with marketing, insights, brand, merchandising, and site teams to ensure alignment of campaigns
Requirements
• Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in CRM • Strong analytical skills • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Braze and Attentive • Historical track record of integrating with data personalization partners • Confidence with data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau • End-to-end understanding of automated campaigns • Proven ability to lead end-to-end creative briefing for email automations
