• Update customer-facing resources like Help Center articles and training videos • Update internal enablement documentation • Create new help center articles based on product documentation • Edit and update on-demand content • Update customer-facing resources including email templates and launch materials • Modify LMS content for micro-learning modules
Requirements
• Managing content in an LMS • Creating product documentation • Developing product-focused training materials • Basic video editing with Camtasia • Confident writing skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • MVP mindset
