📋 Description

• Identify repetitive manual processes across teams and build automations or connect systems using Zapier, n8n, Make, Apps Script, or Python • Build and maintain internal AI agents and assistants for practical business use cases • Support company-wide AI adoption through short clinics, best-practice sharing, and colleague enablement • Manage laptop ordering, setup, handover, and returns • Manage software access, permissions, and license inventory • Execute IT onboarding and offboarding • Serve as the first stop for day-to-day internal tool issues • Maintain access and security hygiene • Own internal IT and operations documentation • Balance core IT operational reliability with workflow automations, tool integrations, and internal AI agents • Report directly to the COO as part of the Growth Support Team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in business operations, IT operations, internal tools, or technical generalist roles • Experience building and maintaining live automations using Zapier, n8n, Make, Apps Script, or Python • Ability to read, adapt, and write small scripts • Practical experience building tools or workflows with modern AI tooling • Strong desire to help colleagues with day-to-day technical troubleshooting • Fluency in written and spoken English • Clear communication skills • Nice to have: Google Workspace or Atlassian administration experience, including Jira and Confluence • Nice to have: exposure to Mobile Device Management or Identity and Access Management / SSO • Nice to have: German language skills
