Description
• Serve as a technical advisor and partner for assigned accounts • Develop in-depth understanding of customer business and objectives • Identify technical opportunities and provide solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success • Conduct regular technical business reviews with accounts • Identify growth opportunities and recommend solutions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise software • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical account management role • Experience with SaaS, Cloud, and Application Integration • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud architecture • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel occasionally
